WHEN AM I CHARGED MONTHLY?
You will be charged on the day you sign up! For example, if you sign up on the 1st of the month, your recurring charge will be on the 1st.
WHERE DO I FIND THE WORKOUTS?
All of our monthly workouts can be found in our Discord group in the challenge PDF. If you have any issues you can email tslunleashed@gmail.com for help!
ARE THESE PROGRAMS FOR BEGINNERS?
Yes! These workouts provide form videos + photos of each exercise in the program.
HOW OFTEN DO WORKOUTS CHANGE?
Our workouts will change every 4 weeks! Every month there will be 2 new programs available in our Discord!
